Is this wax Hypoallergenic?
"Hypoallergenic” means a product is less likely to cause an allergic reaction. However, it doesn’t guarantee that a reaction won’t happen, especially for people with certain ingredient allergies. There is some fragrance included, but we kept the amount minimal to prevent unnecessary irritation without losing the sensory experience of a great smelling wax!
That said, every skin type is different, and natural ingredients can still cause reactions for some people.

Does this work on thin and thick hair?
Yes, our Jelly Wax absolutely works on both fine and thick hair!
The key for fine hair is using a lot more pressure and a technique we call the "racetrack method." Basically, fine hair just needs a little more firm application and sometimes a second thin layer if you need more time and want to avoid it drying too quick. Our formula is beginner-friendly, and the tips in the video help ensure it works smoothly for even the finest hair!
Will I get ingrowns or redness?
With any waxing method, there’s always a chance of ingrowns or redness, but our system is designed to be gentle on the skin and beginner-friendly.
The real key to preventing ingrowns is a consistent post-wax routine: keeping your skin moisturized, gently exfoliated, and clean.
We include a pre- and post-wax care system with our kit for this reason.
For example, using our Whipped Sugar Scrub before waxing helps prep your skin. After waxing, our Cooling Jelly soothes and protects, and our BHA Ingrown Prevention Mist and Post-Wax Oil help keep the skin clear and calm.
Just start your exfoliation routine 24 hours after waxing and do it every few days to keep those follicles happy!
How many sessions can I get from one bag of Jelly Wax?
Each Jelly Wax System comes with 300 grams of our Signature Jelly Wax™; Perfect for learning how to wax! Here’s an estimate of how many sessions you can get per body area:
Legs: 1 session
Eyebrows: 10-15 sessions
Underarms: 3-4 sessions
Bikini: 2-4 sessions
Lip: 10-15 sessions
Chin: 10-15 sessions
Brazilian: 2-3 sessions
For beginners, expect to use a little more wax due to the learning curve. Your height and hair density will also affect the amount of wax needed so these are estimations.
Do I need a specific color Jelly Wax for different parts of the body?
All Jelly Wax formulas are safe for all waxable areas. Our kits include the Signature Sensitive Skin Formula, which is extra gentle and beginner-friendly.
We also offer two other formulas: Ultra-Jelly and Creamy, designed for different hair types and needs!
The Signature Sensitive Skin Jelly Wax is included in the kit because it's the most universal and easy to use for beginners.
What areas can I wax?
You can use Jelly Wax on your entire body if you want! They're safe for arms, legs, bikini area, armpits, and your face.
How do I clean my Jelly Wax Warmer?
It's so easy! Each kit comes with a Jelly-Pot. To clean up after waxing you simply wait for the wax to cool down, take your Jelly-Pot out, and flip it inside-out!
To clean the outside of your pot you can use baby oil, or any oil you have in the kitchen like olive oil.
Can I re-use Jelly Wax?
Your used wax strips, unfortunately not. The wax still in your pot? Yes! Just pop the lid back on and reheat whenever you're ready to wax again!
Double Dipping - We recommend that you don't dip the same applicator back into the wax pot if you plan on reheating any leftovers and using them again later.
