We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our return policy works depending on your product and whether you added Checkout+ package protection at checkout.

*Restocking fees are deducted from each item in your refund and returned to your original payment method.
Unopened/Sealed:  Items must be returned sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Opened: If the items seal is broken, used, or damaged then it will not be eligible for a return.

Package protection (Checkout+)

This is offered at checkout via Seel and covers eligible lost or damaged orders. For more information on order insurance view the Seel FAQ Page.

 

Lost Or Damaged Policy

At Jelly Wax, we take pride in the quality of our products. Unfortunately we cannot control the entire delivery process from shipping carriers. If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, we recommend waiting 2 days before contacting the shipping carrier.

We always recommend adding Checkout+ package protection at checkout. Because shipping carriers do not always cover damages, Checkout+ ensures your order is 100% protected from theft, damage, or loss - powered by Seel.

Faulty or Missing Items

Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can troubleshoot with you and arrange for a replacement item to be sent out if needed.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Incorrect or Invalid Address Policy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that the purchased items and delivery address on their order and shipping confirmation emails are accurate before shipment.

  • Restocking fee 15% of order value
  • Refund method Original payment method, minus restocking fee
  • When processed Once package is received back at our warehouse
  • How we handle it A team member will contact the email on the order
  • Refund option Full refund to original payment method once package is returned
  • Reship option We can reship as soon as the package begins its return journey
  • Reship fee (orders under $120) $8–$12 shipping invoice required before reshipment
  • If not reported within 24 hrs Shipping fee + 15% processing fee applies
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours to avoid additional fees. After 24 hours, a shipping fee and 15% processing fee will be required to facilitate reshipment.
