Lost Or Damaged Policy
At Jelly Wax, we take pride in the quality of our products. Unfortunately we cannot control the entire delivery process from shipping carriers. If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, we recommend waiting 2 days before contacting the shipping carrier.

Faulty or Missing Items
Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can troubleshoot with you and arrange for a replacement item to be sent out if needed.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Incorrect or Invalid Address Policy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that the purchased items and delivery address on their order and shipping confirmation emails are accurate before shipment.
- Restocking fee 15% of order value
- Refund method Original payment method, minus restocking fee
- When processed Once package is received back at our warehouse
- How we handle it A team member will contact the email on the order
- Refund option Full refund to original payment method once package is returned
- Reship option We can reship as soon as the package begins its return journey
- Reship fee (orders under $120) $8–$12 shipping invoice required before reshipment
- If not reported within 24 hrs Shipping fee + 15% processing fee applies
