At Jelly Wax, we take pride in the quality of our products. Unfortunately we cannot control the entire delivery process from shipping carriers. If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, we recommend waiting 2 days before contacting the shipping carrier.
We always recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. Because shipping carriers do not always cover damages, Shipping Protection ensures your order is 100% protected from theft, damage, or loss - powered by Corso.

If you added Corso Shipping Protection at checkout, file your claim directly with Corso for the fastest resolution.
