Incorrect or Invalid Address Policy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that the purchased items and delivery address on their order and shipping confirmation emails are accurate before shipment. We do our best to accommodate but to cover the efforts of our team the following policy applies! Thank you for understanding.
Unclaimed, Returned, or Incorrect Address Orders
If a package is unclaimed, returned to us, or was placed with an invalid or incorrect address, the following terms apply.
Returns, refunds & reshipments
- How we handle it A team member will contact the email on the order
- Restocking fee $9
- Refund method Original payment method, minus restocking fee
- Reship option We can reship as soon as the package begins its return journey
- Reship fee (orders under $120) $8–$12 shipping invoice required before reshipment. For orders with free shipping this will not apply.
- When processed Once package is received back at our warehouse
- If not reported within 24 hrs Shipping fee + $9 processing fee applies
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours to avoid additional fees. After 24 hours, a shipping fee and 15% processing fee will be required to facilitate reshipment.
